If a participant cancels their booking, a refund will be issued minus the costs incurred on reservations already made on their behalf. These costs may include, but are not limited to:
Accommodation bookings
Transportation reservations
Activity or tour fees
Notification of Cancellation
Cancellations must be communicated to Mazza Travels Inc. in writing via email.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. The refund amount will be calculated based on the recoverable costs at the time of cancelation response.
Non-Refundable Items
Some reservations may be non-refundable depending on the policies of third-party vendors. Participants will be informed of such items during the booking process.
Force Majeure
In the event of cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), refunds will be issued in accordance with the policies of our service providers and partners.
